For over a decade, “Captain” Jack and his wife Sandi have traveled and competed against the Best of the Best in the Pro BBQ Circuit. They are proud to bring their BBQ profile to the Fernandina Beach area as Captain Jacks BBQ Smokehouse.
At Captain Jacks, we pride ourselves on being a locally owned casual restaurant, located on Amelia Island, Florida. We specialize in serving high quality meats, slow smoked for hours and premium cut steaks, cooked to perfection. Paired with made-from-scratch southern sides, a fresh and diverse salad bar, and signature cocktails made with Marlin and Barrel spirits, Captain Jacks is here to give you a meal like none other.
We proudly offer a full bar featuring custom cocktails, daiquiris, and margaritas made with Marlin & Barrel spirits.

COmmunity outreach
The Captain and crew love supporting the community they hold close. We frequently provide pre-game meals to local high school sports teams, and we have catered meals for professional football players at the Tax Slayer Bowl! We’ve also collaborated for fund raisers with the Salvation Army and many competitions we attend benefit various charities!
